Shipping information

After receipt of your order and confirmation by Gunda Automation, your order will be processed immediately. Delivery will be made within the delivery period specified for the respective product. If several items are ordered, the longest of the specified delivery periods applies. If, in exceptional cases, an item is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is extended as a result, you will be informed immediately. If an item is no longer available, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods, we also reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately.

The goods will be delivered by UPS parcel service to the address provided by the buyer. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not possible!

If several delivery attempts by the parcel service fail for reasons for which we are not responsible, the associated costs shall be borne by you. We reserve the right to make the delivery of further orders dependent on previous deliveries and orders having been paid for in full.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
