"All-in-one" servo motors


ColibriServo is our compact servo drive. The complete controller is housed in a compact housing that is directly connected to the motor. All electrical connections to the complete system are made via 2 or, with a fieldbus connection, 4 circular connectors that point in the direction of the motor axis. Configuration and programming can be carried out via the serial RS232 interface using the "Servo Link" PC software. Diagnostics are also supported by this interface. For versions with fieldbus, all parameters can alternatively be set via the fieldbus.

The brushless servomotors with integrated controller are available in various sizes from 120W to 4.4kW. The motor is supplied with 24 to 60VDC or 230VAC or 400VAC and a separate logic supply with 24 VDC including reverse polarity protection. The drives have a 4-quadrant controller, direct status and diagnostic functions (LEDs) and various control options. Absolute encoders and brakes are also available as options.
