Select the axis system that suits your application—e.g., toothed belt, lead screw, or rotary axis (horizontal/vertical).
Specify the axis type and enter the most important axis parameters—either using your own values or predefined parameters.
Define motion phases with distance, times, ramps (ACC/DEC), moving mass, and external force. The corresponding time-distance diagram is visualized directly.
Receive a selection of suitable motors—including load capacity based on your calculation. Optionally, the appropriate gearbox is also displayed.
Two visualizations provide quick confirmation: The time-distance diagram shows the motion sequence, and the motor characteristic curve marks the relevant phases directly in the diagram.
The calculated phases are displayed as points/markers on the characteristic curve—so you can immediately see whether speed and torque requirements are within the appropriate range.
