Motorized rotary table MDT17 36012-HP i10 or i45 with Colibri drive

Thanks to the high-quality and highly rigid bearing of the hollow shaft and the turntable by means of axial needle bearings and the angular design, the MDT36012-HP is ideally suited for horizontal use of the rotary axis. It is also possible to directly mount a chuck (ZF80 from Maprox). Other chucks can be used by means of an adapter.

Thanks to the integrated Colibri drive with our BAC positioning control, the control is very easy to implement. Alternatively, the movement commands can also be specified directly via the USB interface of a PC. This makes it easy to realize many possible applications.

The possibility of mounting different chucks using individual adapters, the low tilting of the rotary axis under load (with horizontal arrangement) and the low-backlash worm gear make our MDT36012-HP the ideal and cost-effective rotary axis for use in laser marking of round components. With the adjustable positioning ring, the rotary reference point can also be set at any position relative to the mounted component.
